What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely —
leggings or shorts and a fitted top work perfectly but please wear whatevrr makes
you comfortable.

Please wear grip socks for safety and hygiene on the reformers. Don’t have a pair?
You can buy them at the studio before class.

Which class should I start with?

Accepted Answer

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Core Lite. It’s
designed to help you get comfortable with the reformer, understand the key
movements, and build confidence.

Once you’ve found your feet, chat with your instructor — they’ll guide you on when to
move into more advanced classes.

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes! We’ve built changing and shower facilities so you can easily freshen up before
heading to work, school, or wherever your day takes you.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

We’re located at Wira Business Park, just off the ring road next to McDonalds —
super easy to find and with free parking available in the bays directly outside the
studio.

Question 5

I’m new — what should I do when I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and help
set you up on your reformer. This gives you time to settle in, ask any questions, and
start your class feeling confident and ready to move.

When can I book classes?

Accepted Answer

If you’re on a class pack, you can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance.

Members can book 3 weeks ahead, giving you plenty of flexibility to plan your
sessions.

Question 7

What happens if I’m late?

Accepted Answer

We completely understand that things happen! However, for safety reasons, we
can’t allow entry if you’re more than 5 minutes late to class. This ensures you don’t
miss the warm-up and can take part safely.

Question 8

I’m pregnant — can I come to class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer dedicated Pre-Natal Reformer classes designed for pregnancy.
If you’re already practising Pilates and feeling confident, you may be happy in a
Core Lite class — but please let your instructor know before class so they can
offer suitable adjustments.

Question 9

What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within 12 hours of your
class, you’ll lose your credit.

If you’re on our welcome unlimited trial, a £10 charge will apply for late
cancellations or no-shows.

Do you offer private sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! We offer one-to-one and small group private sessions tailored to

you find a time that works.
