Welcome to Core by Ceri, a space created to help you move, feel, and live better. Founded by experienced personal trainer and Pilates instructor Ceri, our studio is built with one purpose: to help you find your strength from the inside out.

 

 We’re here to support both physical and mental strength through mindful, empowering movement. Whether you’re new to Reformer or deepening your practice, our classes are designed to challenge, support, and inspire you. From your first class to your hundredth, we help you build consistency, confidence, and strength — one movement at a time.

Core Lite

Beginner friendly

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, more supportive session. Core Lite focuses on form, control, and confidence, helping you build the foundations of your Reformer practice while still feeling strong and centred. A calm, guided introduction to Reformer Pilates.

Core EvolvE

Signature: All Levels

The signature Core by Ceri experience. A balanced full-body Reformer class blending strength, stretch, and control. Designed to help you progress, refine technique, and evolve your movement practice through mindful, intelligent flow. Suitable for most levels (once comfortable on the reformer), with options to scale up or dial back as needed

Core Sculpt

Advanced

Our most advanced Reformer class, designed to challenge strength, stamina, and control. Expect a powerful, fast-paced flow with advanced moves and dynamic sequences to sculpt, tone, and define your body. This class is ideal for experienced clients looking to push their practice to the next level.

Core Restore

Stretch & Recovery

A slow, restorative Reformer session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance. Expect deep stretching, gentle flow, and mindful breathwork to leave you feeling calm, open, and recharged. Ideal for recovery days or when your body needs a reset.

Pre-Natal

A gentle yet empowering Reformer class designed specifically for pregnancy. Core Bloom focuses on safe, supportive movement to strengthen your body, stabilise your core, and ease tension as your body grows and changes.

Rebuild

Post-Natal

A restorative Reformer class designed to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence after birth. Core Rebuild focuses on reconnecting with your deep core, improving posture, and restoring functional movement in a safe, supportive environment.

 Founder

Ceri has been helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident for over 15 years. After studying Human Biology, she became a personal trainer and later discovered Pilates, falling in love with the way mindful movement can transform the body and the mind. Passionate about helping people reach their potential, Ceri thrives on getting the best out of everyone she works with. She combines her expertise with a hands-on, motivating approach, making sure clients feel challenged, empowered, and proud of what they can achieve.
